Icelander Baldur Gudgeirsson, independent consultant founded his own global consulting services in January 2002 named TPC-Consulting ehf. His key clients have been of the stature of Nestlé, Coca-Cola, Pepsi-Cola, DANONE, Cadbury, Bols, and Prince, and many other major companies, selling and distributing well known international brands names. His work has spanned continents, from Western and Eastern Europe to Asia.

Prior to establishing his own consulting company, Baldur worked within the Coca-Cola system for a total of sixteen years, mainly in Western and Eastern Europe. He participated in the globalization process of the 90’s, during which the Coca-Cola Company established new business in Eastern Europe, and lived in Warsaw in the late 90’s for a total of four years.

In the past, Baldur’s specialization area has been establishing world-class sales, as well as service and marketing and operations organizations in general at national Company level. Baldur has studied, designed and implemented sales, marketing and service systems in many of the largest markets in the world.

Baldur is the author of 3Cores in Business. This is a three book series which can be exploited as an instrument to view and plan business from best-in-class perspectives acquiring concrete ideas for how to grow business profitability over the long term.
