The root causes of the warehouse’s ineffectiveness were uncovered and fixed. This enabled the warehouse to expedite 100% of order deliveries on time and according to preset service standards. Improved warehouse efficiencies and effectiveness are the foundation for building continual sales and service strength. Thus, with the right products for the right customers, the sales staff became very energetic. This resulted in significant and sustainable sales growth over the long term.

The outcome of our work
We uncovered the root causes of warehouse constraints and collaborated to fix the issue. The Master Plan provided suggestions and a change plan for resolving the issues. This enabled the warehouse to deliver products on time according to service standards. Deliveries are now made on time following service delivery standards in the warehouse.
We also presented a customized “Best-in-class Warehouse Management” training program for warehouse employees that was perceived as excellent value.
